GIVEAWAY LEGAL BASES

The next giveaway will take place from 13/12/2023 to 25/12/2023.

A giveaway will be held among all participants who have correctly complied with the contest rules indicated in the original social media post on Instagram. Participants must be residents of Spain. The winners will be selected from all those who participate in the original Instagram post from the @akibasnight account. Those accounts whose last or only interactions have been exclusively about giveaways are excluded. @akibasnight is the official account and is the only way that the winner will be contacted, we are not responsible for fake accounts that who can act on our behalf.

The name of the winner will be decided and published on 25/12/2023 after the draw ends. The raffle prize is the one specified in the posts made on the official Akiba's Night accounts.

Akiba’s Night DOES NOT store any personal data of any participant. Only the necessary data will be requested from the winner's shipping address and it will be the winner himself who gives this data to Akiba's Night in order to deliver the prize. Akiba's Night will only use this data to send the prize, it will not be used for anything else or for commercial purposes.

The selection of the winner will be completely random through external applications to give more veracity to the draw. Once the first user who has participated in the draw leaves, the winner will be. Once it is verified that the participant has complied with the rules of the draw, they will be defined as the winner.

The prize will be shipped directly from relevant distributors/wholesalers to expedite the shipping process. Akb's Night is not responsible for any delay that may occur in shipping. The product to be raffled is totally new, it is neither second-hand nor refurbished.

The participant exempts Akiba's Night from all liability for possible delays and/or any type of computer, transportation, or logistical incidents (by way of example, but not limitation) that may occur in compliance with these Legal Bases, whether due to issues arising from force majeure, states of alarm, siege, exception, or similar situations, waiving any type of claim and/or compensation against Akb's Night. This giveaway does not have the right to returns. Akiba's Night is not responsible for misuse or damage caused by poor handling by the winner.
