Important note: due to the saturation of courier companies during the black friday, cyber monday and christmas season, some shipments may experience a slight delay in delivery. It also may happen due to problems caused by Covid-19. If your order has not been delivered in a reasonable time, please contact us.
Below you will find the details of the costs and shipping types corresponding to each place.
In case you want to make a change in the delivery address, we only accept changes before the package is delivered to the courier. Changing the shipping address will incur an additional cost depending on the destination.
Shipments to post office boxes will not be possible.
When we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a link to track it. In case of absence, the messenger will contact you to arrange a time that best suits your preferences.

Delivery term: once the order is prepared, the shipping time is between 1 and 7 business days approximately.
Canary Islands
Unfortunately we still do not have shipments enabled for the Canary Islands.
European Union
Purchases over 70€ - free shipping
Purchases less than 70€ - from 11€
Delivery term: once the order is prepared, the shipping time is between 3 and 10 business days approximately depending on the destination.
PRODUCTS MADE ON-DEMAND:
As for our products made on demand, they will be shipped between 5-14 business days after the order is been processed in 2-5 business days, depending on the destiny. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

The shipping cost will vary depending on the destiny and the quantity of items purchased. Products like hats, caps and socks will have and additional shipping cost as they have a special packaging so that they do not get damaged and can maintin their original shape.

Return policy
AKB’S NIGHT aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund.
To make a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
• Changes are subject to availability of the web.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
• Items purchased during their drop cannot be returned or exchanged when the drop is not on sale.
Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using store credit. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
